These feature precision sealed bearings and nice 4130 Chromoly 3/8 inch Axles. American made by Skyway and the new Manufacturer. A small reflector hole has been noticed on some rear wheels, but not recently. These 20 inch wheels can ship USPS Airmail to most anywhere in the World including Australia, the UK, France and Japan.
