Box Carbon X5 Fork
Box Carbon X5 Fork with 20mm Through Axle Dropouts X5 Tapered
We have been designing winning carbon fiber BMX race forks longer than just about anyone.
The BOX X Series of carbon BMX forks is the newest evolution of our design thinking.
Five models are available in eight configurations with 10- or 20-mil and 1” or 1 1/8” 7000-series
aluminium or 1 1/8” chromoly steerer tubes in 20- and 24-inch sizes. Every model features a
rider-specific design that is strong, lightweight, reliable and meets the demands of the fastest racers.
Whether it’s the “X” Standard Pro fork, “XL” Lightweight Pro fork, “X2” Oversize Pro fork,
“XE” Expert fork or the “XS” Mini fork, each is built in one of the world’s leading carbon fiber
frame and fork factories using the latest manufacturing techniques and materials.
Every model features an all-carbon crown and leg construction paired with precision cold-forged
and CNC-machined dropouts.
All X Series forks are for BMX racing only and not meant for freestyle riding. Inspect it for
damage after crashing or impacting the ground or other objects. Your X Series fork should
be installed by a professional bicycle mechanic.
Meets or exceeds ENBMX standards.
The Box One forks are engineered and crafted using Oversized Technology. These forks are the single most important component for total bike control. Box moved carbon from areas of low stress to areas that handle high load. Those muscular shoulders aren’t just for looks as they are integral to achieving superior steering stiffness. When combined with Box’s other Oversized components, you’ll experience heightened responsiveness and reduced latency.
Key differences: This particular model fork pushes our Oversized Technology to the extreme as it includes the 1.5 to 1-1/8 inch tapered 7000 series aluminum steerer tube and stiffer 20mm through-axle cold-forged dropouts. Say good-bye to deflection.
