Cartel 2 forks are made from 100% post-weld heat-treated chromoly and feature a one-piece machined steerer tube with an integrated lower bearing race, triple butted and tapered legs, 5mm thick dropouts with weight reducing holes, and a 7075 aluminum preload bolt.
