BMX Stems that hold your handlebars on with a clamp on the top. Top loading stems are very common on BMX Bikes. The other type of stem is front loading. Make sure you alternate your wrench when tightening your stem bolts so you get even tension. Bike Stems are also called goosenecks. Stem are made in various sizes, lengths, colors and types.
