This converts your presta valve to a Schrader Valve (car style) so you can use a standard pump head. Its made of Brass. Open or loosen locking nut on presta valve, thread on to valve and pump away. May require adjusting the adaptor to get air to flow. Presta Valves are often a hassle so you not alone if you are feeling challenged. Sold in units of one.
