The Escondido 1 is equipped with the Atran Velo System luggage rack, offering a smart and flexible solution for carrying gear. Bags, baskets or panniers can be clicked on and off in seconds – no straps, no hassle. Whether it’s daily errands or a weekend adventure, the Atran Velo system ensures secure and stable transport.

And now it gets really smart:
The Escondido 1 comes with the maintenance-free Gates belt drive and an Enviolo hub gear with continuously variable transmission. You shift smoothly – when stationary, while riding, uphill or downhill – without noticeable gear changes or chain rattling. Simple, quiet, clean.
