We collect your ebike battery infomation and send you the correct replacement. You can order it with outer case or without. The standard outer case it comes with may not fit your bike. If needed you would remove the battery internal battery pack and install it into your original batttery case. This is easy and requires no spcial tool.

You can find your battery specification written on your original battery.

Wh: 403 / 480 / 482
Weight (kg): 2.50 / 2.53 / 2.64 / 2.69

We also need:

• Brand
• Size of internal battery Length by Width by Height in Metric or American
  
  

SPECIAL HANDLING, NO AIR SHIPMENTS OR RETURNS ON BATTERIES. You need a special Hazardous Materials Shipping Account to ship these ebike federally regulated lithium ion batteries.

Please allow 2 to 4 week time for processing and shipping your bicycles replacement ion batteries.
