Thank you for your orders and friendship since 1981! With over 40 year's experience selling bmx bikes and bike parts you can feel confident that we can handle nearly any issue possible.
Returns/Exchanges:
Please read this page in its entirety. At checkout you have accepted these terms. Returnable items must be received back within 7 days of your shipment receipt date. Must be unused and in original packaging. Certain items are not returnable. See below for more details. A confirmed order can not be canceled. Once an item is out of our possession and beyond the deadline we can not advertise the item as a new and therefore not returnable. Restocking fees and shipping costs may be applied to your return. We suggest you sell your item on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Letgo App, Craigslist or Amazon if its not returnable.
Remember: Bikes are for Fun! Don't allow your bike to get you down or stressed out. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
If we made a mistake on your order, we apologize and will fix it for you. Since we spend lots of time carefully checking your order this is very rare.
If there's an issue with something you purchased from us, you may qualify to either bring it to our store or ship it back.
If you meet the guidelines, please follow all the steps below if you need to return or exchange something. You do not need a return authorization # unless your return is over $100.00. If you return is greater than $100.00 please email for assistance. All returns & exchanges are for the purposes of correction and no other reasons are acceptable. For your special needs please call. If you need money refunded you will have to provide the credit card number and expiration date of the same card you used for the original transaction. Be sure to include a printed copy of your original invoice in your return box. This can be printed by logging on to your ACE Account or use your emailed order confirmation. Include a copy of any paper work you received on your original order. Additionally, include full explanation so that your return can be handled without delay. Carefully pack your return so it does not get damaged in transit. Returned items must be received back within 7 days of your shipment receipt date. All returns are subject to restocking fees but usually not applied. Handling fees are not refundable. Some returns will be in store credit only. Bikes, sale items, bike kits, custom wheels, ebike batteries, frames and certain products/brands are not returnable. We suggest you sell your item on eBay, Facebook Market Place, Letgo App, Craigslist or Amazon if its not returnable. We can help you sell your item on our website if you need, just email us what you want to sell with a picture and price. We will contact you when it sells.
Ship your returns/exchanges via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will not refund your return shipping costs as most of our shipping to customers is free. We do however pay the shipping back to you on exchanges which most mail orders do not do for you. Please include your original receipt and the credit card # (or other payment used) you used for the purchase. Merchandise returned that appears used or poorly packaged will not be refunded. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Complete bikes, car racks, frames, and some other items can not be returned due to high costs of shipping and risk of damage from multiple shipments. We can approve or not approve of any return item.
