If you have Unsealed Bearings in your 3pc cranks and want to upgrade to sealed you can buy this kit. Included Sealed BB and sealed BB 8spline axle.
If you cranks got loose and you keep needing to tighten them then you need new bearings and cups as yours are warn out and wont stay tight.
