RETURNS/EXCHANGES Returned items must be received back within 7 days of your shipment receipt date. If you placed an order then you have agreed with our polices.
Remember: Bikes are for fun. Never allow your bike to get you down or stressed out.
Congratulations you made the right decision by ordering here. We hope you get to install your part or build your bike and feel great about doing it all yourself.
If we made a mistake on your order, we apologize and will fix it for you. Since we spend lots of time carefully checking your order this is very rare.
If there’s an issue with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. If you file any kind of dispute you will delay this process by weeks or more.
Please follow all the steps below if you need to return or exchange something. You do not need a return authorization # unless your return is over $100.00. If you return is greater than $100.00 please call for assistance. All returns/exchanges are for the purposes of correction and no other reasons will be accepted. For your special needs please call. If you need money refunded you will have to submit the credit card number and expiration date of the same card you used for the original transaction. Be sure to include a printed copy of your original invoice in your return box. This can be printed by logging on to your ACE Account. Include a copy of any paper work you received on your original order. Additionally, include full explanation, so that your return/exchange can be handled without delay. Carefully pack your return so it does not get damaged. Returned items must be received back within 7 days of your shipment receipt date. All returns are subject to restocking fees. We will not be held responsible to typographical errors.
Ship your returns/exchanges via Ground UPS or US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will not refund your return shipping costs. We do however pay the shipping back to you on exchanges which most mail orders do not do for you. Merchandise returned that appears used or poorly packaged will not be refunded. (Labor fees are not refundable, example custom built bikes and wheels.) Complete bikes and frames can not be returned due to high costs of shipping. If you need to sell something you ordered try a friend or the local BMX Track. Some guys also use eBay or Craigslist.org.
